I’ve been slackin’…
On my posting. What did you think I was going to say? My half training? Hecks no!
I’ve been super busy the past few days since my last post. Lots of school work (#nursingschoolproblems), work work, spending time with my little man, and oh yeah, I had a birthday in there too. 🙂
While that was all going on, I still managed to get to the gym and outside to run (only taking my birthday as a rest day) I even started my hill training (FINALLY) and I must say: so far, so good.
I’m not ready to tackle any major mountains yet, BUT I’m working on it. Baby steps people. Baby steps.
I’ve also been tracking EVERY last drop of what I eat and drink. And this past week with me adding protein shakes (2-3 per day) to my daily intake and just trying to eat more, I lost 4lbs. I’m eating MORE. And I’m taking 1-2 rest days now (depending on my crazy school schedule…again #nursingschoolproblems) and I lost 4lbs. Go figure. 🙂
Tomorrow is going to be another hill training day for me outside. As long as the weather lets up. It’s been storming like crazy today. Fingers crossed for some good weather tomorrow afternoon 🙂
